Periods of light snow along with scattered snow showers will continue through the overnight and into Thursday morning. Accumulations are expected to be light, however, with dropping temperatures, slick spots will be possible for the Thursday morning commute. Some snow showers may produce a quick few tenths to a half inch of accumulation, which would increase the potential for slick spots in localized areas. If traveling, use caution, as road conditions could quickly change across short distances and on elevated surfaces like bridges and overpasses.

Summerfest

Piper Slone, 10, tries her best to win a bunny early Friday evening at the St. Marys Summerfest. Cheering her on are Genesis Slone, 12, left, Carson Liming, 10, and her dad, Jason Slone, all of St. Marys. She didn't win a bunny, but there were many other games of chance for the young at heart to choose from. Summerfest continues today and Sunday. A few of the highlights include a parade at 4:30 p.m. today in downtown St. Marys and live entertainment at 9 p.m. tonight and 7 p.m. Sunday. A fireworks display at 10 p.m. Sunday concludes the festivities.
