* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in west central Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Mercer and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 356 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Fort Loramie, New Bremen, Minster, Newport, New Knoxville, Russia, Osgood, Willowdell, Chickasaw, Kettlersville, Yorkshire, Lake Loramie State Park, Egypt, Maria Stein, Mccartyville and Houston.

Rev. Larry Fries
Rev. Larry G. Fries, 67, Celina, died at 2:50 a.m. Sept. 10, 2011, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Nov. 22, 1943, in Piqua to Charles Frederick Fries Sr. and Jane Kiser Fries Campbell. His stepfather, Donald L. Campbell, survives in rural Rockford. On Oct. 3, 1969, he married Mary Kay Gingrich, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, Larry Lamont (Erin) Shannon, Shakopee, Minn.; two daughters, Shawn Mescheal (Rev. Simon) Young, Piqua, and Melissa Gail (Mark) Williams, Van Wert; three brothers, Charles F. (Sharon) Fries Jr., Piqua, Rev. Robert L. (Phyllis) Fries, Sidney, and Rev. Gregory M. (Patricia) Fries, Fort Wayne, Ind.; a sister, Sharon R. (Gary) Arnold, International Falls, Minn.; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and had been stationed at Lackland AFB, Texas.
He was a member of the United Pentecostal Church International. A minister, he founded and built the New Life Apostolic Church in Celina in 1979 and served there until his death.
He also was a carpenter and worked many years in the construction industry. He helped with building the Apostolic churches in Wabash and Fort Wayne, Ind., Piqua, Sidney and Troy.
He served four years as a traveling evangelist for the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ across the nation and also in Jamaica and the Bahamas.
Service is 1 p.m. Thursday at the church, 231 Grand Lake Road, Celina, the Fries family officiating. Burial will follow in Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour before service on Thursday at the church.
Memorials may be made to the church.
