Donna Forsthoefel
Donna M. Forsthoefel, 53, Celina, died at 9:20 p.m. Sept. 9, 2011, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born March 27, 1958, in Columbus to Dr. Boniface H. and Cecile D. Collins Forsthoefel.
Surviving are a brother Dr. David (Rosemarie) Forsthoefel, Celina; a sister, Dianne Gibson, Franklin, Ind.; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a sister, Kathleen Marie Forsthoefel.
She had attended Cheryl Ann Schools and was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Celina.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9:30-10:15 a.m. Wednesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral home, Celina.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cheryl Ann Programs, State of the Heart Hospice or Immaculate Conception Endowment Fund.
