North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 1245 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1003 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... CELINA - In a match with more twists and turns than a treacherous mountain road, the Lehman Catholic Cavaliers went on the road and defeated the Celina Bulldogs 21-25, 25-13, 25-20, 18-25 and 15-2 in nonleague volleyball action on Tuesday at Celina's Intermediate School.
