* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chill will occur late tonight into Sunday morning.

About 170 students from Marion Local, St. Henry, Parkway, Fort Recovery and Coldwater participate in the county soil judging contest Friday morning along Mud Pike. Students judged four soil pits for urban or rural use and took a written test. The event was sponsored by the Mercer County Soil and Water Conservation District.
