* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Guy Glass
Guy V. Glass, 90, Celina, died at 8:34 a.m. Oct. 7, 2011, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born March 16, 1921, in Center Township, to Henry and Clara Kaufman Glass. He married Alma Baker on Jan. 18, 1947 ,and she died Oct. 7, 2009.
Surviving are two sons, Gary (Carol) Glass and Terry (Peggy) Glass, all of Celina; seven grandchildren, three stepgrandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and seven stepgreat-grandchildren.
A brother, Robert Glass, and two sisters, Edna Adams and Ruth Cantwell, are deceased.
He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., St. Marys, in 1980 after 38 years of service. He was a member of Celina Baptist Temple and St. Marys American Legion Post 323, a 1938 graduate of Neptune High School and a U.S. Army veteran serving with the 30th Infantry Regiment in the European Theater during World War II.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Revs. Steve Clayton and Mike Fugate officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church.
