* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Janice Hart
Janice E. Hart, 64, Fort Recovery, died Oct. 7, 2011, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born May 17, 1947, to Henry and Anna Broerman Gels. On July 2, 1966, she married Marvin Hart, who died July 30, 1993.
Surviving are three daughters, Lisa (Jerry) Haas of Columbus, Beth (Sean) O'Connor and Lori Hart, all of Fort Recovery; a son, Brian (Kate) Hart, Mason; two sisters, Eileen (Eugene) Bruns, Burkettsville, and Lois Ann (Dennis) Brunswick, Coldwater; four brothers, Ken (Joyce) Gels, Livermore, Calif., Bob (Norma) Gels, Eaton, Frank (Lorae) Gels, Englewood, and Ralph (Janet) Gels, Coldwater; and eight grandchildren.
A sister, Mary Lou Weis, is deceased.
She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church and its Altar Rosary Sodality of Sharpsburg, and American Legion Auxiliary Unit 345, Fort Recovery. She also was a 1965 graduate of St. Henry High School and a volunteer at the Center for Neurological Development, Burkettsville.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 1-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:45 a.m. Monday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
