* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Richard Murphy
Richard A."Dick" Murphy, 85, Celina, died at 10 p.m. Oct. 19, 2011, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Jan. 30, 1926, in New Carlisle to Charles E. and Opal Gossette Murphy. On Aug. 7, 1976, he married Barbara Kling, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Nancy Peck, Troy; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Richard M. "Pete" Murphy and a son-in-law, Randy Peck.
He served with the U. S. Army for 22 years. He was a retired truck driver for Schroyer Trucking.
Service is 5 p.m. Sunday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, the Rev. Joshua R. Andrews officiating.
Calling is 1-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be directed to Grand Lake Hospice.
