* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain are possible Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall may produce 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

Herbert Topp
Dr. Herbert C. Topp, 72, Mechanicsburg, died Oct. 27, 2011, due to injuries from an automobile accident.
He was born Aug. 1, 1939, in New Bremen.
Survivors include his wife, Helen; a son, Douglas A. (Barbara); a daughter, DiAnn (William) McMillen; four grandchildren; brothers, Marvin (Linda) and Thomas; and sisters, Martha (Paul) Ewing and Doris (Jerry) Carr.
For more than 47 years he was the owner and operator of Mechanicsburg Veterinary Clinic.
A celebration of life gathering will be 2-6 p.m. Monday at Mechanicsburg United Methodist Church. Burial be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Mechanicsburg.
Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
