* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

Jimmy Severns
Jimmy R. Severns, 78, Mendon, died at 9:05 p.m. Nov. 5, 2011, at the Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
He was born March 15, 1933, in Mercer County, to Otto and Ruby Thomas Severns. On April 28, 1957, he married Freda Eileen Crider, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Carl (Marsha) Severns, Mendon; a sister-in-law, Doris Severns, Mendon; one grandchild; and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Rickey Dean Severns; siblings, Ruth Ida Roller, Janice Engle, Eugenia Archer, and Joe Severns; and a great-granddaughter.
He worked at Mersman Tables, Celina, and retired from Aeroquip, Van Wert. He was owner of Severns Spray Painting, Mendon. He had attended Mendon-Union High School.
He was a member of the former Wesley Chapel Church near Mendon and attended Mendon United Methodist Church. He was also a member of Celina American Legion and Spencerville VFW Post and was a former member of Rockford Eagles.
He was a U.S. Army veteran and served in Korea.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at W.H. Dick & Sons - Hellwarth Funeral Home, Mendon, the Rev. Don Clinger officiating. Burial will follow in Mendon Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday and 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
