John Frey III, 40, St. Marys, died Nov. 6, 2011, at his residence.
Auglaize Co. Coroner's investigator Steve Stienecker has ordered an autopsy be performed to determine the cause of death.

Arrangements are by Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
