* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

Judith Ehlerding
Judith A. Ehlerding, 70, Decatur, Ind., died Nov. 8, 2011, at her residence.
She was born in Celina on Oct. 31, 1941, to Paul E. and Dorothy A. Harlett Froning. On Dec. 2, 1971, she married Frederick K. Ehler-ding, who survives.
Also surviving are children, Lisa (Chris) Westergren, Decatur, Mike (Steph) McIntyre, Ossian, Ind., Nancy McIntyre, Decatur, Duane (Dianna) Ehlerding, Decatur, Jayne (Ike) Longsworth, Rockford, Gerald Ehlerding, Decatur; 11 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church and its Rosary Society. She was a secretary. She also had one of the first rural delivery routes for the Decatur Daily Democrat.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. David Voors officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at Haggard-Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home, Decatur, and one hour prior to service at the church. Reciting of the rosary is 3:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
