* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.

Carolyn Schaller
Carolyn N. Schaller, 75, Coldwater, died Nov. 10, 2011, at her home.
She was born Dec. 4, 1935, in Barton, Md., to Samuel and Mary Brown Neat. On May 5, 1978, she married Dean Schaller, who survives.
Surviving are three children, Jeffrey Alan (Wendy) Stanley, Coldwater, Gayle Elizabeth (Mark) King, Waterford, Deb (Mark) Gross, Coldwater; a daughter-in-law, Dorothy (Darrel) Courtney, Coldwater; two sisters, Phyllis Pericas, Florida, and Rosemary Neat, Barton; 13 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Timothy Dean Stanley, and five siblings, Walter Neat, Arthur Neat, Gloria Green, David Neat and Mildred Smith.
She was a member of Coldwater United Methodist Church, and served on the board of directors at Foundations. She was head administrator at Foundations for 21 years.
Service is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Allen Brown officiating. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 8:30-9:30 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home - Coldwater.
Memorials may be made to the church furnance fund or to State of the Heart Hospice.
