* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Carolyn Schaller
Carolyn N. Schaller, 75, of Coldwater, died Nov. 9, 2011, at her home.
She was born Dec. 4, 1935, in Barton, Md., to Samuel and Mary Brown Neat. On May 5, 1978, she married Dean Schaller, who survives.
Other survivors are three children, Jeffrey Alan (Wendy) Stanley, Coldwater, Gayle Elizabeth (Mark) King, Waterford, and Deb (Mark) Gross, Coldwater; a daughter-in-law, Dorothy (Darrel) Courtney, Coldwater; two sisters, Phyllis Pericas of Florida, and Rosemary Neat, Barton; 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Timothy Dean Stanley; and five siblings, Walter Neat, Arthur Neat, Gloria Green, David Neat and Mildred Smith.
She was a member of Coldwater United Methodist Church. She served on the board of directors of Foundations, where she was business manager for 21 years.
Services are 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Allen Brown officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 8:30-9:30 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Contributions may be made to the church's furnace fund or State of the Heart Hospice.
