* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Shirissa Seibert
Shirissa Marcele Darlene Seibert, 19, of Mendon, died at 6:18 p.m. Nov. 9, 2011, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, from injuries sustained an hour earlier in a traffic crash near Celina.
She was born Dec. 30, 1991, in Coldwater, to Terry and Darla Welker Seibert, who survive in Mendon.
Other survivors are a brother, Seth Seibert, Mendon, a sister, Sarah Seibert, Mendon; grandparents, Peggy Wheeler, Celina, and Shirley and Joe Kemper, Maria Stein; and a stepgrandfather, Dennis Wheeler, Mendon.
Deceased are two grandfathers, Larry Lee Seibert and Stanley Welker.
She was a server at Bob Evans Restaurant in Celina and a member of Mendon United Methodist Church and its youth group. A 2010 Parkway High School graduate, she was active in band, choir, show choir, drama, art, German and Science clubs and the National Honor Society. She was a student at Wright State University-Lake Campus and recently was accepted into the music therapy program at Capital University, Columbus.
She was a student at Kim Hohman's DanceWorks, Van Wert, for eight years. She won the Ohio Has Talent! competition this year and won the talent award in the 2010 Van Wert Peony Festival Pageant. She placed second at the Country Star Playoffs and the Allen County Fair karaoke contest. She was a performer at the Relay for Life and the Celina Freedom Days Festival and had entertained for five years at the Mendon Firecracker Festival.
Services are 1 p.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Don Clinger officiating. Burial is at Mendon Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday at the church.
