* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

John Fiely
John E. Fiely, 79, Marion, Ind., died at 4:30 a.m. Nov. 12, 2011, at his residence.
He was born in St. Rose on Jan. 1, 1932, to John J. and Gertrude Hagadorn Fiely. On Dec. 1, 1951, he married Alice E. Backs, who survives.
Also surviving are children, Patricia "Patty" (John) Goble, John "Jack" (Judy) Fiely, Karen Lindamood, Kevin (Terry) Fiely and Susan (Randy) Herring; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Fiely; 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
All his siblings are deceased.
He was employed by Dana Corporation for 32 years and also worked for DeVoe Chevrolet and Southworth Ford as a car salesman. Later he was a counselor with Estates of Serenity, where he kept records and was bookkeeper.
He was a 1950 graduate of St. John's High School in Maria Stein. He was member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Marion and its choir. He also was a fourth degree Knight of Columbus and a member of Holy Family Rosary Group, Summit City Chorus of Fort Wayne, Marion Sons of Harmony and the Elks of Dunkirk, Ind., and S.A.L. in Van Buren, Ind.
Service is 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Revs. Richard Weisenberger, Leonard Onwumere and Joseph Grace officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Marion.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. today at Raven-Choate Funeral Home, Marion. The rosary will be recited between 7 and 8 p.m.
