St. Marys man was convicted of murder in April
ST. MARYS - A St. Marys man convicted of murder in April is seeking a new trial.
Gordon W. Diggle III, 30, who is serving a minimum of 25 years in prison for a Sept. 8, 2010, robbery and slaying in St. Marys, has appealed the conviction in the Third District Court of Appeals in Lima.
