Intermittent light snow will slowly transition to light rain through the predawn hours. Lingering slick spots from earlier snow, especially on elevated surfaces such as bridges and overpasses, as well as untreated surfaces, may continue for several hours.
Additional minor snow accumulations of less than half of an inch will be possible. Use caution if traveling this morning.

Frederick Schmitmeyer
Frederick J. Schmitmeyer, 88, Minster, died Dec. 1, 2011, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Jan. 25, 1923, in Minster, to Henry and Emma (Thieman) Schmitmeyer. On Aug. 23, 1947, he was married Alberta Wellman, who survives.
Also surviving are three children, Steve (Linda) Schmitmeyer of Valencia, Pa.; Joyce (Brad) Keiser, Houston; and Jenny (Stephen) Hodge, Tipp City; a sister, Velma Wellman, Coldwater; two sisters-in-law, Thelma Schmitmeyer, Minster, and Mary Wellman, Coldwater; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by 10 siblings.
He attended St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, was a member of the Minster Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge #1391, and a past member of Auglaize County Fair Board. He retired in 1976 from dairy farming and had been a resident driver for Heritage Manor Nursing Center.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Mark Hoying presiding.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Gehret Funeral Home, Fort Loramie.
His body was donated to the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine.
