Joan Schuette
Joan R. Schuette, 78, Celina, died Nov. 26, 2011, at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
She was born Aug. 29, 1933, to Leo and Josephine Bruns. On June 28, 1975, she married George Schuette, who died in 2003.
Surviving are two sons, Larry (Dixie) Didier, Fairborn, and Jerry Didier, Piqua; three stepchildren, Bill (Connie) Schuette, Versailles, Tom (Pat) Schuette, Cleveland, and Juanita (Don) Shoemaker, Cleveland; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a brother, Leroy Bruns.
She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma, South Sportsman Club and Grand Lake Improvement Association. She worked at the Mercer County Home.
Her body was donated to science at University of Cincinnati Medical College.
A memorial service is 10:30 a.m. Dec. 13 at the church.
Burial will be at a later date.
