An Indiana man sentenced in October 2006 for felonious assault of a police officer, theft of a motor vehicle and vehicular assault has been granted judicial release.
A 24-year-old Celina man was sentenced to eight years in prison and labeled a Tier III sex offender during a Dec. 14 appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
