Randy Goodwin
Former Celina resident Randy E. Goodwin, 62, Commerce Township, Mich., died at 1:25 p.m. Feb. 6, 2012, at his residence.
He was born Feb. 8, 1949, in Kenton, to Richard "Ernie" and Mary Lou Bailey Goodwin. His mother survives in Van Wert.
He married Belinda Collins, who survives in Commerce Township.
Also surviving are three children, Cheri Goodwin, Van Wert, David E. Goodwin, Wren, and Eric S. Goodwin, Commerce Township; a sister, Bekkie (Rolland) Mowery, Van Wert; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a grandson.
A former employee at Huffy Bicycle, Celina, he was currently employed as factory supervisor at Technicolor, Livonia, Mich. He was a member of the Methodist church.
He was a 32 degree Mason and member of Shane's Lodge FA&M, Rockford. He was a Boy Scout leader for many years.
Service is 6 p.m. Thursday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home and Crematory, Van Wert, the Rev. Paul Miller officiating.
Calling is 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 4-6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
