* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Louis Hartings
Louis W. Hartings, 91, formerly of Minster, died at 3:45 a.m. March 16, 2012, at Elmwood of New Bremen where he had been a resident for over a year.
He was born March 4, 1921, in Chickasaw to Albert and Anna Homan Hartings. On Nov. 22, 1945, he married Irene Meyer, who died July 15, 2006.
Surviving are a brother, Bernard Hartings, St. Henry, and two sisters, Esther Knapke, St. Henry, and Hilda (Harold) Meyer, Egypt.
Deceased are a brother and his wife, Gregor and Joan Hartings; a sister in-law, Esther Hartings; and a brother in-law, William Knapke.
He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, a life member of the Minster Veterans of Foreign Wars and served in the U.S. Army during WWII in Europe. He retired from the Minster Machine Co. as a machine tool builder in 1986 and was a member of the Twenty Five Year Club at Minster Machine.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial will follow at St. Augustine Cemetery. Full graveside military honors will be conducted by the Minster Firing Squad.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Monday and 9-9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
Memorials may be made to the Minster Area Life Squad and Grand Lake Hospice.
