* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Virginia Wienken
Virginia L. Wienken, 85, Spencerville, died at 1:25 a.m. March 16, 2012, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, following a short illness.
She was born July 4, 1926, in Kenton to Elmer and Mae Clausen Jones. On July 24, 1950, she married William "Bill" Wienken, who died April 11, 2002.
Surviving are two sons, Michael "Mike" Wienken and David "Dave" (Robin) Wienken, all of Spencerville; two granddaughters; two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Wanda Hare, St. Joseph, Mich., Martha Scharf and Joyce (Dick) Wagner, all of Kenton; and sisters-in-law, Irene Jones, Celina, Betty Kantner, Spencerville, Marcella (Don) Dieringer, Lima, Shirley Hamilton, Elida, and Caroline Joan McClintock, Spencerville.
Deceased are two brothers, Wilbur Jones and Paul Jones.
She had assisted her husband and family with their business, B. & D. Variety Store and later B. & D. Flooring of Spencerville from 1959-1983. She was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church, Spencerville, and its Holy Rosary Society and was a life member of the Bowersock Bros. VFW Post 6772 Auxiliary.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Stephen J. Blum officiating. Burial will follow in Spencerville Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Sunday at the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville, where VFW Auxiliary services will be at 7:30 p.m. and a parish wake service at 7:45 p.m.
Memorials may be made to the church.
