Matthias Pearson

Matthias James Pearson, 50, Celina, died at 3:34 p.m. April 24, 2012, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton.

He was born Sept. 29, 1961, in Portland, Ind., to Marion D. and Mary Jo Schneider Pearson. His mother survives in Celina.

Also surviving are three children, Jade and Matthias Pearson Jr., both of Celina, and Christopher (Shawna) Longstreth, West Chester, and two brothers, Johnathon Feldman, Boston, Mass., and Mike (Sheila) Pearson, Madison, Wis.

Deceased is his father, Marion D. Pearson.

A 1980 graduate of Celina High School, he owned and operated Matt's Soft Water Services in Celina.

Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Randy Christian officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.

Calling is 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
