Margaret Roebuck
Margaret E. "Maggie" Roebuck, 72, Fort Recovery, died May 21, 2012, at the Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center, Van Wert.
She was born July 16, 1939, in Coldwater, to Harry and Dillie (Carmack) McDowell.
Surviving are a son, David (Abby) Roebuck, Fort Recovery; a sister, Hazel Wycuff, Coldwater; a bother, Lester (Lola) McDowell, Celina; 7 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two sisters-in-law, Bernice McDowell, Fort Recovery, and Julie Rehmert, Celina.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Ellis; brothers, Carl and Bill McDowell; and infant brothers John and Joe McDowell.
She was employed at the former Mersman Brothers, Celina, and retired from Cooper Foods, St. Henry. She was a member of Macedon Congregational Christian Church, Macedon.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery. Roy Hall will officiate and burial will be in Macedon Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9:30 a.m. until the time of services Thursday at the funeral home.
