* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1245 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1003 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

Virginia Strader
Virginia L. Strader, 85, St. Marys, died at 10:45 a.m. on May 20, 2012, at Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford.
She was born Oct. 18, 1927, in St. Marys, to John and Sarah (Moser) Jacobs. On Aug. 25, 1956, she married Joseph M. Strader, who died Feb. 13, 2009.
Survivors include three brothers, Jack Jacobs, St. Marys; Forest "Bud" (Joan) Jacobs, Bloomington, Ind.; and Paul Jacobs, San Bernadino, Calif.; and a sister, Mary May, Richmond, Ind.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jim Jacobs.
She retired from Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys, where she worked as a nursing assistant for 30 years.
Services are noon Friday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, with the Rev. Tim Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Thursday and one hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be directed to State of the Heart Hospice program.
