* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1245 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1003 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

Frances Bowling
Frances "Franke" Bowling, 73, of St. Marys, died May 25, 2012, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born July 17, 1938, in Wayland, Ky., to Roy and Sarah Banks Lykins. On July 20, 1957, she married Frank Bowling, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Mike (Denise) Bowling, Mendon, and Tim (Karen) Bowling, St. Marys; a daughter, Cindy (David) Gayer, St. Marys; a sister, Florence (Jerry) Like, Napoleon; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Janice Chiles-Vogan.
She retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. plant in St. Marys and formerly worked at Hayes-Albion Corp. in Spencerville and a former pickle factory in Celina. A 1955 graduate of Wayland High School, she was a member of Only Believe Ministries, Botkins.
Services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, Rev. Ed Ingraham officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
