* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1245 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1003 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

Hasroe Ward
Hasroe Ward, 84, of St. Marys, died at 1:58 p.m. May 25, 2012, at Golden Living Center, St. Marys.
He was born Nov. 26, 1927, in Floyd County, Ky., to Joe and Martha "Patsy" Thornsberry Ward. On Oct. 31, 1981, he married Phyllis J. Steinke, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Vongia (Michael) Kaskel, Delphos, Patricia (Jerry) Steinke, Chattanooga, Tenn., and Marylin Sue (Jeff) Shrider, Mendon; four stepchildren, Mike (Fran) Ray, Tarpon Springs, Fla., Dennis (Lynne) Ray, Celina, Jim (Dede) Ray, New Knoxville, and Neal Ray, St. Marys; two sisters, Virginia Bates, Columbus, and Osie Shaw, Birmingham, Ala.; a brother, Brownlow Ward, Floyd County; 15 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, Will, Andy, Perry and Daniel Ward; four sisters, Lillie Little, Lizzie Thompson, Sarah Ellen Ward and Christine Ward; and two stepsons, Jeff and Billy Ray.
He retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. plant in St. Marys. He was a member of Old Regular Baptist Church, the National Rifle Association and the North American Hunting Club. He recorded folk music for the Archive of Folk Songs for the Library of Congress.
Services are 1 p.m. Thursday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Bob Warren officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Contributions may be made to Grand Lake Hospice or the Auglaize County Cancer Unit.
