* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Rosalie Young
Rosalie Ann Young, 82, Willshire, died at 12:04 p.m. June 19, 2012, at Parkview Regional Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.
She was born Dec. 5, 1929, in Willshire, to Walter G. and Daisy P. August Stetler. On Jan. 29, 1951, she married James O. Young Sr., who died Dec. 25, 1975.
Surviving are three daughters, Vendetta (Craig) Gutshall, Huntington, Ind., Colletta Woodall, Wilshire, and Donetta Brite, Decatur, Ind.; two sons, James O. (Robin) Young Jr., Van Wert, and Calvin R. (Barb) Young, Rockford; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons-in-law, Alan Brite and James W. "Woody" Woodall; three brothers, Walter Eugene Stetler, Charles "Chub" Stetler and Jack L. Stetler; five sisters, Mary Lou Suman, Imogene Stetler, Maxine Huffman, Okaleah Fuelling and Anita Sovine; and a great-granddaughter.
She was a homemaker and had worked at Huffy for 14 years, retiring in 1991. She also had worked at Decatur Industries. She attended Praise Point Church, Willshire, and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 207, Willshire.
Services are 2 p.m. Saturday at Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, the Rev. Ed Lovelace officiating. Burial is at Willshire Cemetery.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Willshire American Legion or March of Dimes.
