The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 900 AM EDT.
* At 606 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Rita Remaklus
Rita T. Remaklus, 85, of Celina, died June 23, 2012, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Oct. 21, 1926, in Fort Recovery, to William and Elizabeth Stein Faller. On Oct. 30, 1946, she married LeRoy Remaklus, who died March 15, 2009.
Surviving are three children, Diane (Tom) McLaughlin, Celina, Vicky (Ronn) Householder, Gahanna, and Jeff (Karen) Remaklus, Urbandale, Iowa; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers and five sisters.
She worked for more than 25 years at the Celina Coffee Shop, 10 years at Society Bank and eight years at Celina Insurance. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Ken Schnipke officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
