* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

This grain leg collapsed at an Auglaize County farm during Friday's storm. Numerous structures received damage in Auglaize and Mercer counties. Officials say government funding will be available to local farmers.
