* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 1100 AM EDT.
* At 826 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Dorothy Johnsman
Dorothy Mae Johnsman, 89, of Celina, died July 9, 2012, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born March 14, 1923, in Celina, to Andrew and Catherine Weber Johnsman.
Surviving are two sisters, Martha Jean Johnsman, Celina, and Edith (Charles) Backs, Coldwater, and two sisters-in-law, Esther Johnsman, Celina, and Ruth Johnsman, Celina.
Deceased are five brothers and two sisters-in-law, Clarence and Verona Johnsman, Richard Johnsman, Arnold Johnsman, Lawrence and Pauline Johnsman and LeRoy Johnsman.
She was a homemaker and her mother's caregiver for many years. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, and its altar rosary society.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 9-10:45 a.m. Thursday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
