* WHERE...In Indiana, Wayne County. In Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Local officials say Kroger plans to open a scaled-down version of its grocery store in a vacant portion of the former Walmart building in Celina. Dunham's Sports recently opened for business on the west side of the building along Havemann Road. A smaller portion of the building to the rear is still being marketed.

CELINA - A scaled-down Kroger store is planned for the vacant space next to recently opened Dunham's Sports.

Kroger spokesman Keith Dailey confirmed this morning the company intends to open "a small concept store" at the site after the holidays in early 2013. [More]
