* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are expected this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will briefly be as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero.

Gary Brewer
Gary Duane Brewer, 69, Mesa, Ariz., died Aug. 6, 2012, in Mesa.
He was born Jan. 26, 1943, in Lima to Roy and Alice Runyon Brewer.
Surviving are his wife, Mary; two children, Brian and Jeremy (Gretchen); two sisters, Patricia (Richard) Simmon, Mesa, and Linda (David) Kelley, Chandler, Ariz.; and five grandchildren.
Deceased are his grandmothers, Edith Runyon Siler of Celina and Cecile M. Brewer of Lima, and his father, Roy Brewer.
He graduated from Mesa High School in 1961.
Services are Saturday at LDS Mesa Kimbel Stake, Mesa.
