* WHERE...Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 630 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 247 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

The reserve grand champion market goat was exhibited by Taylor Muhlenkamp, who won professional showmanship. A member of Mercer Choice, her parents are Gary and Angie Muhlenkamp. The goat sold for $1,275 to Roessner Energy Products, Ron Kohnen Farms, R&D Auto Sales, Fort Recovery Construction and Equipment, St. Henry Tile Co., Hogenkamp Funeral Homes, Winner & Sons, Pla Mor Lanes, Muhlenkamp's Umbarger Show Feeds, K&L Tractor Sales, Seitz Electric, ML Enterprise, Cooper Farms, Hull Brothers Ag Equipment, John Bruns, Will Show Lambs, Jim Buchy, Bob Nuding of State Farm Insurance, The Daily Standard, Farm Credit Service, Dairyland Seed and Belna Petroleum.
