* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 630 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 247 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

Neil and Mary Siefring are the parents of Paige Siefring, who showed the grand champion market steer. A member of the Mercer County Junior Cattlemen Association, Paige received $2,950. Buyers were Helena Chemical Co., Heitkamp Crop Insurance, Knapke Livestock, Overman Trucking, Link Dozing, LG Seed with Greg Siefring, Seth and Amanda Kohnen, Lefeld Implement, St. Henry Tile Co., Peoples Bank Co., Fenning-Homan Agri-Business, Kahlig Bros. Custom Pumping and Mercer County Electric.
