At 841 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Spencerville In Allen County, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Wapakoneta, Fort Shawnee, Cridersville, Waynesfield, Moulton, Buckland, Uniopolis, Kossuth, and St. Johns.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 110 and 118.

Charles Roberts
Charles "Chuck" Roberts, 79, Celina, died at 5:30 a.m. Aug. 20, 2012, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born July 31, 1933, in Los Angeles, Calif., to Hal and Viola Roberts. On Oct. 18, 1975, he married Mary J. Perkins, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Tiffany Roberts, Celina, and Cyndy (Nathan) Sloan, Celina; a sister, Marjie Wozniak, Lake City, Fla.; and three grandchildren.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5713, Celina. He formerly worked at Livingston Boats in Washington and retired from the state of Washington.
Private services will be held at the family's convenience.
