* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 630 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 247 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

Carolyn Leugers
Carolyn S. Leugers, 61, formerly of Celina, died Aug. 25, 2012, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born Dec. 23, 1950, in Greenville, to Frank and Christine Guggenbiller Leugers.
Surviving are four siblings, Robert (Donna) Leugers, Union City, Mike (Mary) Leugers, Greenville, Clarence (Sue) Leugers, Versailles, and Janet Coblentz, Versailles.
Deceased are a sister, Ruth Ann (Clete) Behr, and a sister-in-law, Dolores Leugers.
She was a graduate of Mississinawa Valley High School.
No services will be held
Arrangements are by Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
