* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 630 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 247 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

Dorothea Teeters
Dorothea L. Teeters, 88, Celina, died at 12:05 p.m. Aug. 25, 2012, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born Nov. 24, 1923, in Shelby County, to Oscar and Olive Kiser Shroyer. She married Patrick Teeters, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are two children, Sharon (Paul) Palanzo, Danbury, Conn., and Steve (Pam) Schwartz, Fort Loramie; a stepson, Kevin (Karen) Teeters, Celina; a sister, Helen (Paul) Pulfer, Anna; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Deceased are six siblings, Harold, Sherman, Viola, Arthur, Earl and Wilbur Teeters.
She was a member of Christian Family Fellowship in Tipp City.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster, the Rev. Tanya Shroyer officiating. Burial will follow at Quincy Cemetery, Quincy.
Calling is 5-7 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Christian Family Fellowship.
