At 841 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Spencerville In Allen County, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Wapakoneta, Fort Shawnee, Cridersville, Waynesfield, Moulton, Buckland, Uniopolis, Kossuth, and St. Johns.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 110 and 118.

Robert Dailey
Robert E. Dailey, 64, Rockford, died at 6:39 p.m. Aug. 26, 2012, at Van Wert County Hospital.
He was born Jan. 27, 1948, in Decatur, Ind., to Ralph and Estella French Dailey. On July 18, 1987, he married Betty Ann Burden, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, David (Tiffany) Burden, Mendon; two brothers, Dennis (Cindy) Dailey, Van Wert, and Mark Dailey, Celina; two sisters, Sandra Dailey, Celina, and Deb (Philip) Rigano, St. Charles, Mo.; and five grandchildren.
He worked at Mercer Landmark in Rockford. A 1966 graduate of Parkway High School, he was a member of Rockford United Methodist Church and a former member of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 1292 and American Legion Post 508, both of Rockford.
Memorial services are 7 p.m. Thursday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, Chip Steffy officiating.
