The National Weather Service in Wilmington has extended the
* Flash Flood Warning for... Northwestern Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 1100 AM EDT.
* At 826 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, State Route 116 at State Route 197, Chattanooga and Kossuth.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Marjorie Vogel
Marjorie A. Vogel, 80, Fort Recovery, died Sept. 15, 2012, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born May 9, 1932, in St. Henry, to Harry and Pauline M. Albers Bergman. On May 16, 1953, she married Norbert Vogel Jr., who died June 20, 1987.
Surviving are five sons, Steve (Lois) Vogel, Jerry (Marilyn) Vogel, Charlie (Kris) Vogel, Mark (Marge) Vogel, and Rich (Shonda) Vogel, all of Fort Recovery; two daughters, Bev (Chuck) Sanning, Coldwater, and Marilyn (Jerry) Guggenbiller, Fort Recovery; two brothers, Jack (Jean) Bergman, St. Henry, and Floyd (Joan) Bergman, Fort Recovery; a sister, Elsie (Roscoe) Timmerman, Fort Recovery; brothers and sisters-in-law, Kathryn Bergman, Fort Recovery, Mercedes Bergman, Fort Recovery, Peg Bergman, Fort Recovery, Imogene Kunk, Coldwater, Sandy (Maurice) Backs, Fort Recovery, Ron (Cindy) Vogel, Versailles, and Connie Sue (Dick) Thiel, Tipp City;27 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are seven brothers, Ralph (Mary) Bergman, Bob (Lucille) Bergman, Walter Bergman, Lavern Bergman, Melvin (Emerita) Bergman, Paul Bergman and Carrol Bergman, who died in infancy; three sisters, Ruth (Dr. Robert) Finch, Betty Jean (Cy) Brockman, and Carrie Bergman; and a brother-in-law Alfred Kunk.
She graduated from Fort Recovery High School in 1950, and then served 46 years as organist and choir director at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery, where she was a member and also belonged to the Altar Sodality. She also played organ at Fort Recovery United Methodist Church, Fort Recovery, and the Erastus United Methodist Church, Erastus.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Brockman Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
