Mildred Noonan
M. Mildred "Millie" Noonan, 93, St. Marys, died at 1:20 a.m. Sept. 17, 2012, at Roselawn Manor Nursing Home, Spencerville.
She was born Aug. 19, 1919, in St. Marys, to John S. and Mary A. Lemkuhl Noonan.
Surviving is a sister, Lucille Uhlenhake, St. Marys
Deceased are two brothers, Robert and Richard Noonan, and two sisters, Virginia Noonan and Rosalie Drees.
She graduated from St. Marys Memorial High School in 1937 and was a member of the Altar-Rosary Sodality and church choir at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys. She retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., where she worked as an executive secretary. Following her retirement, she volunteered in the gift shop at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Paul Wohlwend officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
Memorials may be given to Holy Rosary School.
