MINSTER - The 38th annual Oktoberfest is expected to draw thousands of people to Minster Machine Centennial Park this weekend.
They come to experience a tradition started in 1975 as a means of honoring the community's rich German heritage.

Celina's girls golf team competed in postseason action on Wednesday at the Division I sectional at Sycamore Springs and finished eighth in the team standings after a round of 462.
Ryan Sutter had set some lofty goals for his United Midwest Promoters (UMP) DirtCar Modified team prior to the 2012 racing season.
