Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Ella Steele
Ella M. Steele, 89, Celina, died at 2:45 p.m. Oct. 24, 2012, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born March 4, 1923, in Fort Recovery to Harvey and Iva Figel Reichard. In 1942, she married Ralph Steele, who died in 1980.
Surviving are two daughters, Pam (Pedro) Limon and Priscilla Helmer, both of Celina; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are six brothers, Floyd, Gerald, Otto, Carl, John and Ralph Reichard; and five sisters, Ethel Harner, Olive Tittle, Mary Alice Bowsher, Inez Smiley and Pauline Brandberry.
She graduated in 1943 from Fort Recovery High School and was retired from the former Mersman Furniture Co., Celina. She belonged to the Montezuma Church of Christ, Montezuma.
Funeral services are 1 p.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Randy Christian officiant. Burial will occur at a later date at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
