* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 630 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 247 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

Sandra Miller
Sandra C. Miller, 61, Coldwater, died Nov. 5, 2012, at her home. She was born Sept. 27, 1951, in Celina to Ralph and Irma Roessner Wuebker. On June 25, 1977, she married Ernest Miller, who died Oct. 20, 2011.
Surviving are two sons, Jay Miller, Coldwater, and Chad (Janell) Miller, St. Henry, and five siblings, Randy (Nancy) Wuebker, Becky (Ron) Jutte, Jean (Bob) Dues, Clara (Ron) Brunswick and Fred (Ruth) Wuebker, all of Fort Recovery.
Also deceased is her brother, Ralph Wuebker.
She belonged to Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, serving as a Eucharistic minister and member of the St. Ann's Ladies Sodality. She also belonged to the Coldwater Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.
Mass of Christian burial is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church. Burial will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
