Scattered snow showers occurring across the region will gradually diminish early this morning. While any accumulation will be less than an inch, this will create slick roadways with a quick coating of snow. Not all roads will be affected, but motorists should be aware that driving conditions may change quickly along their route, going from dry to slick. If traveling this morning, use extra caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

Denise Besecker
Denise Faye Besecker, 57, Bradford, died at 7:58 a.m. Nov. 9, 2012, at her home.
She was born July 31, 1955, in Greenville, to Jack L. and Beverly A. Hoke Karns. Her mother survives. She married Thomas M. Besecker, who is deceased.
Surviving are two daughters, Dani (David) Brown, Greenville, and Darra Rinehart, Bradford; stepsons, Adam (Melissa) Besecker, Bradford, and John Besecker, Bradford; a sister, Jacky (Bruce) Garber, Arcanum; siblings-in-law, Sue Park, Bradford, and Mike (Karen) Besecker, Covington; and four grandchildren.
She was a homemaker and a member of Moose Lodge, Celina.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Dean Thompson officiating. Burial will follow at Newcomer Cemetery, Darke County.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to State of the Heart Hospice.
