* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 6 AM this morning to 6 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

Rhya Centers-Howell

Rhya Nicolle Centers-Howell, 9 months, St. Marys, died at 8:30 p.m. Nov. 9, 2012, at Wilson Memorial Hospital, Sidney.

She was born Jan. 17, 2012, in St. Marys to Seth Centers of Anna and Kori Howell of St. Marys, who survive.

Also surviving are two brothers, Reese and Rhett Howell, both of St. Marys; grandparents Jim (Kay) Centers, Sevierville, Tenn., Kim Centers, Sidney, Kami Howell, Montezuma, and Mike Rieger, St. Marys; great-grandparents, Carolyn Stone, Houston, and Gloria Howell, St. Marys; and great-great-grandmother, Virginia Wierwille, St. Marys.

Deceased are great-grandfathers, Chuck Stone and Jerry Howell, and great-great-grandfather Virgil Wierwille.

Funeral rites are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Dr. David Williams officiant. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.

Calling is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
