A new statewide program called trace-back begins in January to pinpoint the source of alcohol and drugs when impaired driving is a factor in a crash.
Nearly 100 state agents will team up with the Ohio State Highway Patrol beginning in January to investigate all serious injury or fatal accidents linked to alcohol or drugs. [More]
