* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

James Bettinger
James C. Bettinger, 50, Coldwater, died Jan. 7, 2013, in Van Wert County. He was born Aug. 10, 1962, in Coldwater to Cletus and Norma Frantz Bettinger. His mother is deceased; his father survives in Coldwater. On Aug. 25, 1984, he married Judy Wendel, who survives in Coldwater.
Also surviving are three children, Brandon (Sara) Bettinger of Maysville, Ky., Jessica Bettinger of Columbus and Courtney Bettinger of Coldwater; a brother, Mike (Cathy) Bettinger of Coldwater; and a sister, Lisa (Dave) Albers of Midland, Mich.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and the Coldwater Knights of Columbus Council 1991. He had a love of the outdoors and was a talented artist. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marines.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater. Burial with military rites will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater. Condolences may be left at hogenkampfh.com.
