* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Iris Sell
Iris D. Sell, 91, Celina, passed away Jan. 8, 2013, at Gardens at Celina. She was born Aug. 30, 1921, in Coldwater to the late William J. and Flora Snider Baer.
She is survived by her daughter, Sue Rowley of Oakland, Calif.; a sister-in-law, Dortha Baer of Celina; her nieces and nephews; and her buddy "Misty."
Deceased are her husbands, Charles Rowley and Jerry Sell; brothers, Dale (Marge) Baer and Paul Baer; and a sister, Mary Lou (William) Hainline.
She graduated from Celina High School, and then was employed by the Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton. She worked for the Celina Insurance Group and was a secretary for the Celina City Schools. She last worked at Huffy's in Celina as a customer service representative.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina for more than 50 years. She was very active in the church choir and was formerly the pianist and soloist for the church. She was a member of the Alturian Club in Celina for more than 40 years and was a life member of the Order of Eastern Star in Celina, Chapter 91.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Celina, the Rev. Matt Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
